Usually a day or two. There's no form to fill out and no account to make.
What's worth sending
- A layout that didn't load. This one matters most. Tell us your dash size, firmware version (Utilities on the dash) and ECU, and what the dash said. Attach the layout file if you still have it.
- A photo of your dash running a layout you made. These are the best proof the tool works, and we'd love to show them off. We'll always ask before using one.
- A gauge or reading we don't list. If your build needs something that isn't in the channel list, tell us the name as your ECU shows it.
- A style or layout you want. Factory clusters are a favorite here: tell us the year, make and model, and a photo of the original cluster if you have one.
- Your vehicle. We build pages by vehicle, so if yours isn't covered, say so.
- Anything confusing. If a setting made no sense, that's our problem to fix, not yours.
Things we can't help with
We make what's on the screen, not the dash itself. Wiring, mounting, sensor calibration, ECU tuning and firmware updates are all Holley's side, and their tech support knows those far better than we do. If your dash won't read a USB stick or won't power up, start with Holley.
Before you write, the FAQ covers needle colors, fuel level, ECU support, screen sizes and what a layout can and can't change. The install guide walks through getting a layout onto the dash, which is where most questions come from.
About the beta
Everything is free right now, including every style and layout, and nothing is behind an account. Your designs stay in your own browser, so use Save design to keep a copy you can open later or send to us.
